Diversity & Inclusion

Learn more about how diversity and inclusion drives our talent strategy.
PNC intentionally recruits and develops talent with varied experiences, skills and perspectives to build a workforce that generates innovative solutions that meet the needs of our increasingly diverse customer base. We're committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel welcomed, valued and respected - a place where they can make meaningful contributions to the company's success and thrive both personally and professionally.

Diversity & Inclusion at PNC
PNC Chief Diversity Officer Gina Coleman believes the bank’s commitment to inclusion shapes how people lead, interact with their colleagues and deliver on business strategies. Coleman spends her time building strategies and programs that allow PNC to grow and sustain a talented, diverse workforce and works to further advance a culture of inclusion among PNC’s stakeholders.
D&I Recruiting at PNC
We believe the highest-performing team is one that is diverse and features many voices from different backgrounds, bringing a variety of experiences and viewpoints to every situation. Therefore, a talent-focused culture, and Diversity & Inclusion go hand-in-hand. Diverse teams foster an improved customer experience, and promote the development of products and services that better meet customer needs.
Diversity Conferences
We offer a regular schedule of virtual forums and conferences that provide employees the opportunity to share thoughts, ideas and experiences. These events inform and shape our Corporate Diversity Council initiatives and allow for the open dialogue that supports an inclusive culture. We also participate in external events sponsored by other organizations in an effort to identify opportunities to grow and improve, and to recruit the best talent to represent our company.

Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) help drive PNC’s Diversity & Inclusion efforts by fostering an inclusive culture. These groups are formed by employees who share common goals and are open to anyone who supports the mission of the group.
