EMPLOYEE BUSINESS RESOURCE GROUPS

Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) help drive PNC’s Diversity & Inclusion efforts by fostering an inclusive culture. These groups are formed by employees who share common goals and are open to anyone who supports the mission of the group.

African American The African American EBRG strives to provide opportunities for PNC employees to engage, collaborate, share information, build community and positively impact PNC’s objectives and shareholder value.

Asian American Pacific Islander The Asian American Pacific Islander EBRG creates awareness and education for our employees to  appreciate our cultural differences through networking, cultural, and educational events. PNC's Asian American Pacific Islander EBRG is inclusive to all cultures.

FirstGen
The FirstGen EBRG, through its members, will offer mentoring to first generation college students in the form of tutoring and life skills necessary for graduation and job readiness.

Interfaith The Interfaith EBRG is dedicated to bringing employees together to foster an environment of respect and to bridge understanding among the faith traditions represented by our PNC colleagues.

Military The Military EBRG is a group of PNC employees who have served, are serving, or wish to show their support of our Armed Forces. Its mission is to help the organization recruit and retain military talent, and increase awareness and understanding of the unique backgrounds common to military personnel and their supporters.

Multicultural The Multicultural EBRG is focused on creating opportunities within the marketplace for its members. PNC's Working Parents Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) provides a forum for PNC employees to network and receive support through all forms of parenthood/guardianship, while creating an environment that encourages the development of solutions for working parents, guardians, and caregivers.
