The Customer Care Center within PNC houses approximately 5,000 employees to support both external customers and internal teams. All roles come with robust training so you can feel empowered and knowledgeable about the products you support. The Care Center assists 2.5 million customers each month by phone, messenger, or social media. PNC also values your development and ability to pursue PNC jobs are keys to your and PNC’s success. As a representative in the Customer Care Center, you are opened to unique opportunities to grow into leadership roles, as well as team roles within the sales division and throughout the bank.

PNC’s Customer Care Center values performance and flexibility. We offer full-time and part-time shifts and opportunities to work remotely. The Care Center is leading the enterprise with new and innovative channel growth with a virtual presence of nearly all their employees.
