Finance: Prepares external reporting (e.g., earnings releases and investor presentations; financial statements and regulatory filings and reports) and internal reporting (e.g., budgeting and forecasting) using well-controlled processes. Human Resources: Works as a partner across PNC providing services to all employees such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, and learning and development. Internal Audit: Executes a strategic annual audit approach to provide observations and actionable insights about the adequacy and effectiveness of PNC's risk management, control and governance processes.
