Opportunities may be available within these areas: Asset Resolution Team: Optimizes the economic value of the portfolio's assets by working with the borrowers on troubled assets and increasing transparency to all stakeholders. Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling: Provides analytical foresight and insights to help PNC make effective business decisions related to reserves, capital, risk appetitie, return, profitable growth, loan portfolio optimization and business strategies. Through the use of modeling and quantitative skills, the team executes on important enterprise-wide initiatives such as the Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) standard and Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR). Corporate Communications: Delivers results-oriented counsel and solutions to business and executive partners such as the employee and external communications, social media, employee recognition and events, and corporate sponsorships to help the company achieve its corporate goals. Finance: Prepares external reporting (e.g., earnings releases and investor presentations; financial statements and regulatory filings and reports) and internal reporting (e.g., budgeting and forecasting) using well-controlled processes. Human Resources: Works as a partner across PNC providing services to all employees such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, and learning and development. Internal Audit: Executes a strategic annual audit approach to provide observations and actionable insights about the adequacy and effectiveness of PNC's risk management, control and governance processes. Legal: Supports PNC in a broad array of legal matters, including those relating to PNC's securities, retail, and corporate and institutional businesses, corporate functions, as well as government relations. Marketing: Works with business partners and outside resources to create messages, design solutions and craft experiences that build loyalty and make it easy for our clients to bank and invest with PNC. Realty Services: Addresses all aspects of PNC's real estate needs, including developing and managing real estate and facilities to maximize shareholder value and return on one of the corporation's most valuable assets and largest annual expenses. Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risk to consistently bring value and innovation to PNC shareholders and customers.
